Our Team
Kamal
Kamal is an expert in UK & EU Cosmetic product regulations with over 9 years experience. Kamal has supported the launch of hundreds of products from global brands such as Scholl, Veet, Clearasil, Dettol, 111SKIN, REFY, Indē Wild & many others providing bespoke, strategic and commercially minded solutions to ensure brands can enter and grow into new markets whilst remaining compliant. Kamal sits on the CTPA Compliance & Regulatory Committee and the Claims & Advertising Working group. As a UK & EU Responsible Person and cosmetics regulation SME, Kamal provides training to members of the CTPA, manufacturers, formulators and industry peers. Kamal has a passion for consumer education and demistifying the regulations. She is regularly featured in the press.
Lois
Lois holds an MSc in Cosmetic Science from the University of Arts London and has 3 years regulatory, formulation & quality experience from a leading global make-up & skincare brand. Lois is a detail-orientated and efficient regulator who works collaboratively with NPD and product teams taking ideas from concept to on shelf advising on the regulatory, scientific, quality and technical aspects of the process. Lois is also an active member of the UK's Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS).
