Our Middle East Services

In Dubai, cosmetic products need to be registered by a local legal entity with the Dubai Municipality's Health and Safety Department (HS-D) before being sold and distributed. In the UAE, cosmetic products must comply with the UAE Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS).
