111SKIN is a luxury, doctor-led brand that bridges the gap between plastic surgery and skincare.

When 111SKIN’s internal regulatory manager departed, The Cosmetic Regulator stepped in to provide fractional regulatory support for a full year. We quickly integrated into the business, becoming a trusted extension of the team, and took the lead on registering both new and existing products across key global markets including the UK, EU, USA, Indonesia, China, Australia, and the UAE.

Our role involved close collaboration with manufacturers, distributors, hotel spa partners and internal teams to maintain the ongoing compliance of existing products while successfully launching new ones. TCR advised and fed into clinical study protocols, NPD briefs and product testing. Beyond operational support, we advised on regulatory strategy and risk with a clear commercial focus ensuring compliance decisions also aligned with broader business goals.
